its raining heavenly

since last one hour its raining heavenly /heavily .dark clouds and cold wind and above all  dropping water from sky like anything.it seems that people are afraid of rain rather then enjoying the monsoon.since we leave in hot area one should here love this season.i think people dont want to take trouble like wet clothes, sleeper y road,water logging etc.
